What is the cost of services?
I offer a range of services, and pricing varies depending on the type of support you’re looking for:
Individual Therapy
- $150 for a 50-minute session
- $225 for a 90-minute intake session
Family Therapy
- $175 for a 50-minute session
- $260 for a 90-minute intake session
Couples Therapy
- $175 for a 50-minute session
- $260 for a 90-minute intake session
Life Coaching
- $140 for a 50-minute session

What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
- I understand that life happens, and sometimes you may not be able to make it to your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your session will result in the card on file being charged the full session fee.
Where do you conduct sessions?
- I offer services both in-person and virtually through a HIPPA-compliant telehealth platform. In-person sessions take place at 230 S Bemiston Ave, Suite 1213, Clayton, MO 63105.

How do I know if we’re a good fit ?
I’ll be checking in with you regularly to make sure you’re getting what you need from our sessions. I encourage you to be open and honest with me about your thoughts and feelings regarding our time together. If at any point you feel we’re not a good match, please know that I’m committed to supporting you find a therapist who is right for you.
How long should I be in therapy for?
That really depends on your unique needs and goals. Some people find what they need in just a few sessions, while others prefer to work through their challenges over several months or even years. I recommend starting with weekly sessions, and then gradually reducing the frequency.
Do you take health insurance?
Yes. I am in-network with Cigna, Aetna, and Carelon insurance exclusively for individual therapy sessions. If you have another insurance plan I am not in-network with, you can check with your insurance company to see whether your plan offers out-of-network (OON) benefits. If it does, I’m happy to provide a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
What population do you work with?
I work with adolescents (12+) and adults.
Common questions about couples therapy
Is couples therapy only for married or long-term couples?
Not at all! Couples therapy is for any relationship, whether you’re dating, engaged, married, or in a long-term partnership. It’s about strengthening your bond, no matter your stage in the relationship.
Will my insurance cover for couples therapy?
Most insurance plans do not cover couples or marriage counseling. Health insurance generally only covers treatments considered “medically necessary” for a diagnosed mental health condition, and relationship challenges on their own typically do not meet this criteria. However, it’s a good idea to contact your insurance provider directly to inquire about your mental health or behavioral health benefits.
What does the process of starting couples therapy look like?
- We’ll begin with a 90-minute long joint session, where I’ll gather detailed information about your relationship history and the challenges you’re currently facing. During this time, I may observe how you interact, including moments of conflict or stuck patterns. This session is followed by a relationship checkup, which is a more formal evaluation of your relationship.
Then, I’ll meet with each of you individually for 50 minutes. This is your opportunity to share anything that feels difficult to say in front of your partner. During this time, I’ll also gather a more detailed personal history from each of you.
We’ll come back together for a 50-minute joint session to review the feedback I’ve compiled from all the information gathered so far. By this point, we’ll have a clearer understanding of where you are, where you want to be, and what it will take to get there.
